In theory Windows supports more than 4 primary partitions (with GPT partitioning scheme) however this support is still quite limited, which is why I don't expect it to work on a Mac right now.
With Lion allowing only Windows 7 in the Bootcamp partition, perhaps shortly it will be possible to have more partitions.

On my iMac I have installed Lion without the recovery partition so I still only have 4 primary partitions.

One quick question. If I understand correctly, it's not possible to have more than three Mac partitions? Or is there a way to "hide" a partition from Windows?

I just started having trouble connecting to a windows 7 computer from my mac. funny thing - I could connect to an XP computer and then remote desktop to the windows 7 computer, but I couldn't directly connect to the windows 7 computer.

Finally, I cleared username and password, and put in the full name of the domain ( like a host name ).

Your RSS feed is breaking because you don't allow hotlinking to images on your site. It's kinda fail. :(

Thanks man, it´s been so helpful.
I have just installed it in Lion.
The only one aditional thing that has to be done in Lion is to delete the recovery partition of Lion. Once you do this, everything works fine.

I would like to point out also that after the installation of rEFIt (I did it from Lion), a crucial point is that when restarting, it is needed to enter in one of the rEFIt options (not the shell, the other one -I forgot the name), and say Yes.
Only after that I was able to install Windows. In the earlier attempts, even the partition for Windows was formatted as NTFS, Windows would told me all the time: "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk is of the GPT partition style".
But after entering in this second option of rEFIt, everything went ok.

Thanks a tone!

Life is short, you should spend weekends doing stuff you enjoy, like smelling really good coffee and catching up with people. Look after yourself, eat well, and switch the computer off. XOXO
